I thought I should put this here since I seem to be getting a couple of questions lately on some of my works (mostly fakemon), but also for commissions since I think that's important too.

So! For my OCs (fandom and original) and commissions, I've written up 2 pages on Toyhouse for peeps to refer to if they wish to use my characters in projects such as fanfics, game mod stuff, or whatever. Why it's on there, mostly because the coding looks neat and I'm using my account as massive OC archive/database. These pages are public so anyone can see them:

Link to "Rules about my OCs and Art" - this details what you can and can't do with my OCs or artwork. You must follow these terms if I give you permission to use/draw my characters. Not doing so will result in forbidding/revoking permissions and blocking.

Link to "Terms of Service" - this details what can and can't be done with art you get from me in a commission. Compared to above, these are fairly straight-forward and lax :V Not following these terms will result in blocking and blacklisting however.

Someone sent me a link today to a person on Twitter who apparently traced one of my fakemon designs and is trying to pass it off as their own work.

• They have the same pose when overlayed

• The same chest crest with colored tips

• Same orb placement on the chest

• Same shoulder design placement

• The same head shape when overlayed

I also wanna add that while their design was posted on October 30th this year, I have posted my fakemon's latest design on April 15th this year as I always record my updated design revisions date on the DeviantArt submission. There is no way this is a coincidence with all those similarities. I believe they have also traced another Fakemon artist’s work as seen here (original) and here (theirs).

I don’t have a Twitter or an Instagram account to contact or report this person, so I would appreciate it if someone could help me and spread the word. I don’t know if there are any others they might’ve gotten.

★ Rendering means I use and edit your existing art design(s). Text descriptions and idea references alone do not count for rendering. That is for designing from scratch. If you’re not sure, just ask or present what you have and I’ll let you know.

★ Design/Render Set Specials give you 1 of everything; 1 Witch, 1 Familiar, 1 Grief Seed, 1 Witch Kiss and 1 stylized Rune name. If you want more than that in the set, I'll add $5 per each extra Witch/Familiar/etc.

★ Extra characters (such as 2 Witches or 2 Familiars) is double the original price.

Upon completion of a design it’ll be formatted like this:

I’ll post the watermarked version to my gallery, but you’ll get the non-watermarked version. The same goes for the grief seed/witch kiss/rune name.

Examples of my work are here in my gallery and on Ko-Fi. I highly recommend looking at them if you want a particular style I've done for your design(s). You can also see past finished commissions here~

Rules:

• You must pay first before I begin working. Do not send payment until we have discussed and agreed on what you want.

• Please have all your references ready. I highly prefer visual references over text descriptions for designs. Send me as much as you want so that I can have a clearer grasp on what you want.

• You can only cancel/ask for a refund during the WIP stages (before coloring/style begins.) But if I am unable to complete your commission for any reason (such as real life emergencies), then I will contact you and give you a refund.

• I’ll keep you updated on the design process. Don’t be afraid to ask me for an update/etc, but do not rush me.

• I have a right to refuse a commission for any reason.

• I will not draw anything NSFW or even remotely fetish-y. I also won’t draw anything referencing any kind of political ideology.

• Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, trace, or claim as your own. But you may repost them elsewhere as long as you give proper credit to me (via the watermarked version.) NFTs are also not allowed.

This is in regards DA's latest update, it seems I'm not getting notifications on people wanting to join the group or when they submit something to the group. I'm still active so don't worry if I'm not approving you right away; I only get the group's notifications on the page itself and I have to go there in order to check who's joining/submitting, and it's kinda buggy.
